Organized residents. Accountable government. Safer neighborhoods.

Our Methodology

How We Work

01

Identify

A resident raises a concern that affects their neighborhood.

02

Research

We dig into the policy, the law, and the history. We find out what the city's own rules say.

03

Document

We build an issue packet: the facts, the relevant code, the formal request.

04

Advocate

We present the case to city officials, attend public meetings, and follow up until we get a response.
